From skeptic to believer

The location is amazing and gives an authentic experience, very close to key attractions. Breakfast is good, and the staff, especially Sayed, is friendly and helpful.

Inconsistent hot water supply makes showers less enjoyable.

Fantastic and nice place, I appreciated courteous personnel.

It was fashionable room, the beds were extremely comfy. Pleased it had a bath. Great location, the hotel was close to a tram station. I spent 1 night and will come back.

Overall had enjoyable stay in the evening or at night. I had a double room and it was compact with double bed. The hotel's location was amazing, so close to historical places and the metro, and Aksaray and Vazneciler metro stations. ...  

The breakfast was decent, and I loved how helpful and polite the front desk clerks were. The location was fantastic, close to public transport, and the rooms were spacious with comfy beds. Daily room cleaning and fresh...  

My favorite property in Istanbul. Quiet atmosphere and a double room with 2 twin beds.

Good location as only 5 minutes to an ornate 16th - century mosque. Set just next door to public transport and Galata tower, the tram station, and the Blue mosque, Hagia sofia and Grand Bazaar in the fairly nice area....  

The corner family room was spacious, but housekeeping cleanliness was really lacking.

The location is fantastic, close to attractions and transport! The bathroom was too tiny and lacked toiletries.

Had to deal with a rude receptionist who couldn't even be bothered to look up from his phone-definitley not my idea of luxury. The toilet was a disaster, yet there was no apology or offer of compensation. For such a pretentious place, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been a bare minimum, but alas, no. I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn't.

central location, proximity to public transport, daily fresh breakfast options

Room size is frustratingly compact!!! Bathrooms are cramped and lack basic toiletries!!! Inconsistent hot water supply during peak hours is annoying!!! Poor sound insulation makes relaxation difficult!!!

The location is amazin for a short stay, close to bars, restaurants and tourist places. The staff, especially Kadir, was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfy even tho we weren't in it much. Loved...  

Perfect for a little escape

The location was spot on! It was just a few minutes from the tram, easy to find our way around the city. The cleaning lady was super kind, always had a smile on her face! Plus, the breakfast had enough...

Kadir. The hotel is clean, quiet, and conveniently located near transport. Breakfast offers enough variety for a pleasant start to the day.

Had a fantastic time relaxing by the pool and enjoying the hot tub after a long day. There's also a cozy lounge area for unwinding with a good book. Only downside was that the coffee at breakfast could use some improvement. ☕️

The double room was compact and modernly furnished, with a private safe, climate control, and a minibar. Excellent location, the breakfast was satisfactory with fried eggs and great views. We had a fantastic stay at Misa Hotel in Istanbul....
